GATEWAY
The FWSG acts as a bridge between fire alarm control panels (FACPs) and Wireless fire devices. It is powered by either the SLC loop or by any FACP AUX or UL-Listed fire alarm power supply compatible with the FACP. The gateway uses the FlashScan protocol on the SLC to communicate with the panel and a proprietary Wireless protocol to communicate with devices.

Models FWD-200P-IN is a plug-in type smoke sensor that
combines a photoelectronic sensing chamber with wireless
communication. The sensors transmit a digital representation of
smoke density through a wireless mesh to a gateway. The gateway
sends the information to the panel when requested.
